Default 1st Grow Easiest Seeds and Growing Medium?

I'm just setting up my groom this week. I've already got some seeds, 3 x WW X Big Bud and 1 x Chem Dawg 4. I was going to grow 2 plants for my initial Grow due to space.

I've been doing a lot of reading and now I'm wondering should I do auto seeds as my first Grow (if so what is great for a first grow?) or stick to the one I have.

Also is it best to start with soil or coco coir?

Hi mate, if i were you i would go for 2 WW to kick it off (maybe all 3) will be less headache growing 1 strain for your first time.

I use coco myself and if you go down that route you will need an ec & ph pen (Bluelabs or Essentials) and all your nutes. Coco is just a base medium which means there is nothing in it, you will need to add everything to the pot that the plant will need right from day 1, if you go for soil this is not the case however i have seen a few decent growers on here recommend soil to newbies.

Get a diary up when you start

It's completly up to you mate. Dirt is the cheaper option but can be less forgiving than coco because you lack a certain amount of control.

Autos or photos doesn't really matter as long as your enviro is dialed in. Photo strains are more stable.

I agree start with 1 strain to try and limit the differences between their needs.

    Good luck with your grow

The cheapest way would be soil, as the pH pen and EC meter is £65+ and it's also an easier learning curve. Like Eazie said, it's completely up to you.

Soil is cheaper still if you make your own. It's rather fun too. IMO organic gives a better smoke, hydro often gives larger results.

I go to the supermarket late in the evening, and grab things like a large bag of bananas for 10p-40p and other fruit, greens etc for my compost bin and worm farm.

If you are unfamiliar with growing then soil may be the easiest option to start with (also the cheapest!)

Seeds? The autos will finish earlier than the photoperiods, so you'll have something to smoke faster
