Thanks, going to revisit my ducting and fan setup this weekend, got 1 very sharp bend that needs taking care of and going to reduce the length of the ducting to fan in the loft.

Thanks guys, you've been a great help!

Thanks to your great advice I've played around with setups and while different arrangements brought the temp down it was not enough. As recommended by several of you I will own a 6" RVK next week.

    Cheers guys!

I was sold a 1.2x1.2x2m tent with a 4" tt fan as extraction. Doing the math I knew it wasn't going to provide adequate airflow.

I got a 6" rvk for extraction and that significantly brought my temps down. I honestly can't fault them.

So yea I'd say go buy yourself the right rvk for your space and use the tt as intake mate.

Just know 6" fans are the loudest. Id Bang in 250w hps in that space and then try 400 thoughout winter.

    Iv been struggeling using 400w in a 1.2. With a 6" rvk l1. With a 8" 600m filter. Summer is a killer :/

Well this is starting to get to be hard work! (Mind you it was a lovely day today)

Picked up a 6inch Rhino thermostatic motor and a cool tube, got it all hooked up and used my to fan as an Intake using air under the upstairs floor boards. Turned the dimmable down to 250w and I'm still hitting about 85.5F!

Still intend to take the intake into a different area of the loft or even outside, but I was hoping the temps are still down to the weather? Hopefully you experienced guys should be able tell me good news

    Finally cracked it!

Moved intake fan to loft and ran ducting down through the cupboard ceiling to the floor, added a 12 inch oscillating fan and I'm down to 74F. Never thought I would get there!

Can't you put intake to a window?
Doesn't need to be right in the window just near.
I black taped my duct to underneath the
    Windowsill.

No can't get near a window, however I plan to get another 5m of ducting and hook up the inlet to the bathroom extractor fan outlet plate to get fresh air in. Hopefully this should see me right next summer. Happy for now though as I can grow my beauties in comfort and hopefully switch off the inlet as temps drop.
