    Default Low stress training question

    Hi all

Have recently started to lst my plants
I secured the main stem at the bottom and bent over
The lower sites have caught right upto the main one

I now have a nice lovely even canopy but there is the odd one or two slowly growing higher than the rest

Is it correct to guess the higest one should therefore be tied down to make it even again then repeat again and so on ???

    Thanks

You can tie down the tallest or just trim a couple of lower leaves off that same stem. Trimming the leaves will slow down the growth of that stem because it's focusing it's energy on repairs rather than normal growth
