    No, I would wire them both separately, the CFLs in parallel, and separate lead and plug for fan.

    I have run these fans off a normal phone charger before, just cut the connector off the end of the phone charger, separate the 2 wires and use a connector block and cover it with insulation tape to be sure to be sure.

    An old phone charger should do the trick.

    Sorry, it says 240v, don't use a phone charger

    A normal phone charger is 5v, that would power that fan

    It is a 240v fan at 60hz using .9 amps at 17 watts. Yes you can run cfls in parallel if they use 240v, I have never heard of such bulbs. So far you are using. 9 amps and typical circuits are 15 amps.
