That's light bleaching IMO. What light are you using & how far away is it?

You can see the heat stress on the leaves too (raised edges) which backs up what i think

does have that hermie looks about it like. but i know your lights are mega close to this. to much stress can cause hermie to.

I had something that looked similar to the first pic on my first grow and i raised my light and it sorted it out in a couple of days. I would agree with a bit of light bleaching and heat stress because light is too close. Lift your light and make sure you have plenty of air circulation around top of plants. I used a clip on fan on my reflector (I use an open one) to direct air straight onto the bulb aswell.
