Yeah that would be Epsom M_C! No wonder the chemist looked at me funny

Pull up a seat by all means

I have had it set at 400w for the last couple of days with lamp about 18" away and temps look ok, not sure if I should have it that high this early?

No pics today but both plants seem to now be on the move with some little 3 leafers growing, although I had a monumental "Oh Shit!" moment earlier when I knocked a pot over (god knows how) and I had to pack the soil in to stand the little Madame up again, hope she's going to be ok, been reading they are tough little weeds so fingers crossed. Maybe I should fill the pots to the top with soil at this point?

Sprayed the domes and soil outside the domes as they were drying up.

Will post some more photos over the weekend.

    Have a good un

Cannabis is a resilient plant, she'll be OK

I never understand why people never fill their pots up... maybe leave an inch from the top for watering, but no real point in half filling them!

There's a lot of posts on here telling you to fill part way in case of stretching but I guess that's only really going to happen with CFL which I did start with because of my temp problem.

I haven't named my ladies as yet as my missus would probably take the piss!

I feel sorry for the first one, she's had a hard life so far, she was the largest tap root and came through first so experienced stupid temps for the first few days and got knocked over yesterday so she is now looking more like a runt like the second one did at first. She's still standing up though so all good I'm sure. Second lady is growing well now and I think the dome will be off this weekend.

Can someone give me a definitive on what day 1 is? Is when the seed breaks through the soil?, seen differing reports and still not sure.

Will continue spraying the domes and around the outside for now.

Don't bother spraying the soil on the outside of the domes, it's not required & gives a false impression of how the soil looks...

I'm not really used to stretch at this stage as it's usually caused by the light being a little far away... let's measure the distance between light & plant.

Oh, yeah, just top the soil up & bury the stem

Nah, you won't actually be adding that much soil

You noobs do like to water things LOL - I'll soon knock you out of that habit

Cannabis grows best on a wet/dry cycle. When we water, we water so there is run off from the soil & then we leave it until the puts are light before repeating... at this stage she needs very little water.... but it's the time the new growers get obsessed with watering

Started with 200w CFL about 6" away at first then put hps/cooltube on on Sunday when I got my ventilation sorted. It's been in that position since.

Looks like one of the ladies is outgrowing the dome so I plan on removing these tomorrow. I only have a 12" oscillating fan at the moment. Is it best to point the fan at a wall for now or just oscillating over the plants on low speed?
