Have you actually got root rot or have you stained the roots with feeding? You shouldn't really get root rot unless temps go above 20 . If you're roots are brown and you can see them breaking up and falling into the res and your res has a foul smell and slime is present on the roots. You need to wash all this away, wash the root ball of each plant with tap water until all the broken roots and most of the staining has gone then the res and all buckets need washing out . Once this is done and your ready to fill the res again with water that has stood for 24hrs so there's no clohrine present . Fill res and feed with some canna rhizo and hydroguard lactobacillus bacteria . Let some fresh white roots grow and then presume with normal feeding but always a little hydroguard and some silicone
