is this a male plant?(week 4)

This is my first grow and I'm 4 weeks into growth, I did 3 weeks of veg stopped when I was happy with the size then switched to 12/12 for a week now. These little things which I assume are pre-flowers have appeared and I'm wanting to know if it's a male for sure or should I wait to see. I also read if the stipules are crossing it means male and most of them are. So is it a male for sure and I should take it out or wait it out and see?
