Best light for autoflower seeds?

Hi
I have 6 Royal Creamatic Autoflower Seeds.
What is the best light in wattage to grow 2 seeds at a time in a 1.2 x 1.2 grow room?

Why not make use of the space and run 4 under a 600w

I would rather only the 2 then the next 2 when the first are harvested
Do auto's still need the full spectrum like regular seeds or can you get away with just one spec?
The reason I ask is I have only the red spec at 350w at moment

Seems strange doin it that way. Rather do 4 in one hit that way its sat there in jars curing longer

No they need same light spec as photos. Only difference is they dont have to go on 12.12 hour. They need minimum of 18+ hours.
