Am I seeing right in picture 2?
But is the top of your plant still below the rim of the pot?
If so get a fan blowing inside the pot
I had clawing similar because I had a hot spot in my room
I moved my fan and she recovered

ok awesome i can try that.
There is a fan already above the light blowing onto the light to keep it cool, also the tent door is left open as the whole room is sealed off and has a C/F,,,

But for sure will try this

A fan on just your plants is a must have really
Just a cheap oscillating office fan does the trick
Not just to remove heat spots but it will strengthen all the branches and piss of any bugs that fancy a nibble

If any of these guys suggestions work mate drop an update here, all helps the new and old 

No sign of insects, have checked with magnifying glass.

Also sprayed plants with Bicarbonate of Soda and Water mix earlier just incase (as i read this will help stop infections)

Mate that looks like classic Mosaic virus to me. Ive never seen it in weed b4. A quick google and apparently growers have reported having this virus in weed. A better pic would be good mate. Id be picking a leaf of that and checking it real hard with my loupe in good light to be sure its not mites, they can cause very stunted deformed growth. The bi carb soda is a fungal preventative so yeah can help stop fungal infections. A virus is a different kettle of fish mate, no cure. Id be careful handling that plant and then handling others. How many plants got the damage? Get some pics in a decent light.
