    Unhappy Plants starting to get sick NEED HELP !

    just started to get into growing, im sick of paying for shit weed with extortionate prices so thought i grow some my self. okay so i got a couple royal queen seeds of a friend and theyve be growing perfectly up until now. the last couple weeks the stems have started to purple but i put that down to the cold temps dropping at night going into winter/autumn. i fed them out of my premix bottle with my nutes (was at the bottom so dunno if it was a bit more potent and iv over nuted them) the other day and then over 48 hours i started to get brown/bronzy patches over the fan leaves. i dont know if its a defiecency, toxicity or what. literally my first time growing so i sorta jumped into it. i know the temp change isnt the best but i wouldnt put that down to fucking my leaves up ?

    using a 600w hps
    5 litre pots
    using standard tomato/veg soil
    nutes - canna a+b every other day
    2 small fans
    day- 26c/30c
    night-15c/20c
    ph - 7ish give or take .2 (havnt got an exact testing kit)

    iv been reading about ph fluctuations and i have been using 2 different types of bottled water (7.8) for regular feed and my own tap water (low7-high6) mixed with nutes
    so maybe could be the case, iv switched them onto the normal tap water along with alternating nute feeds and see where that takes me

    You do realise that Canna Coco is for growing in Coco, not soil?

    As mc says the nutes you have are hydro based and the salts will not be available to the plant as the plant needs . I'm sure some will be available but most if not all will not get fed to your plants . Old timers seems to be good choice for the dirt/soil

    Changing to soil nutrients would be a good start lol 👍😊
