It looks like 3 or 4 nodes in your pic... That's the typical time an auto flower shows signs of flowering so I would be inclined to think its an auto you got there... monster is also right mate no matter how good you do everything else you won't get great results with that light it just isn't enough a proper cfl grow bulb would help massively

Pretty sure it's my fault man! I had it on 10 hour instead of 18. Is there any chance of a link to some proper cfl grow lights, are that still purchasable in Homebase etc or do I need to go down the proper grow light route, I saw some on eBay for around 30 with the reflector too. She's still growing ok. Some yellowing on bottom leafs, I watered them yesterday and got slight leaf curling. They was dry.

lights are probably one of the most important parts about growing indoors, lights/oxygen/food
HID lights are highly rated by many many growers (high Intensity Discharge)
you also have LED's they are initially more expensive but run cheaper per hour (Light Emitting Diode)
and last but not least you have cheap running CFL's, Compact Florescent Lamps,

what you have in that box will sorta work since it's a 2700k bulb, but you will struggle with most aspects,
i couldn't imagine growing with a single 100w bulb, since at the very end you will be lucky to get 2oz of not that potent weed,

how much money do you wanna spend?

    a budget 250w cfl & reflector - £65
hid ipac 250w & bulb/reflector - £95+ if u use hids u will also need to remove/control the temperature of the room
300w led 'depending on quality/brand' - between £60 & £200, Again u will also need to remove/control the temperature of the room

ebay/amazom/greens/growell wherever you feel comfortable shopping i guess,

or you can leave it as they are, but a decent light will completely change the quality and quantity of your plants,

those were about 4 weeks old under a simple 216w cfl light,

that's what a difference using the correct lights can do,
but as a side note, if you buy cheap, you will probably buy twice,

    atb with your girls matey,

Yoo! Cheers for all your help so far. Much appreciated, so I'm running a couple more lights now. 2 more Philips CFL at 110 watt 2700k at 1570 lumins. The bottom fan is now extracting and I have a large fan sitting on top of of the lights. ( so my mystery seed is 3 weeks into flower and the sour diesel is looking a little sorry for itself, can see very very slight yellowing. I've reported her as she was pot bound into perlite vermilcute and black magic.

( I know there small but I now wanna finish them off so I can move into my next grow with more knowledge )

Its the sour I'm worried about. It was drooping before repot. I will admit I've just been using a molasses mix for watering, no nutrients have been used ( which I'll be using next time ) could it be lack of feed? Hope everyone's rad!

What's your water / feed schedule?

They appear to be over watered with the drooping leaves but there could be other issues too.

Looks like you've got about 60w of CFL in there. I personally wouldn't use that little light beyond the seedling stage.

Around ever 2/3 days, in which it's usually completely dried out. And just a molasses water one a week. Yeah I know dude my lightning isn't top, would running 4 be slightly better? I just don't have the money for anything bigger atm!

you want at minimum a bulb that looks something like this,

a single loop has the same watts you have,
you can get the shade, fitting and bulb on ebay for £40, if not cheaper,

then atleast you have a bulb that will give you some bud to smoke, rather than leaf
