Hi guys, i'm soon going to try growing from seed, i have already got a light and was wondering if it is at all suitable for seeds, if not could anyone please advise the type of light i will need, thank you, the light i have is as follows cheers for now G'.

Dont see why not for seedlings. I use my 55w T5 for first week or 2 then the might MH bulb comes out
