Ok sweet and I’m fairly new to growing and don’t own a ec meter so I think I better invest in one now.

Get lights raised more mukka. If you cant i would consider tryna bend the plants down with some string without snappin them.just adjust them bit more each day. Like bud said aswel bring ph down. I usually swing from 5.8 to 6.2 in flower if i have a feed res knocked up for the week

    It’s good to drift in flower. I normally go 5.8 - 6.2

5.8 is good for veg and up to 6.2 in flower...The Phosphorus needed for flower is borderline for uptake @ 5.8...The OP's plant is just showing crowns, its very important that P is in its uptake range at this stage....Hes feeding at 6.4 anyway so the Phosphorus won't be an issue but Cal & Mag will be at the higher pH...I find it best to fluctuate the feed solution pH so you cover all your bases this also compensates if your pH meter is slightly out of callibration....

My opinion.... don't look like overfeeding... granted they might be over fed..... and I can see the burnt tips..... but this is pretty much undoubtably light bleach... 10 inches is way to close for hps, but by the looks of it u outgrew ur light??? Maybe some cfls around the outside, to boost the lighting if u need it. Tone that bitch down..... n u will be good plants look healthy besides
