its trial and error or personal preference.
i know people that have used blue flood stakes and they have them on timed
its all personal preference and you get this with experience , experiment
i found black stakes and constant worked fine for me even with huge scrogged plants 20 ouncers with 1 stake in the pot.

I used to do 15 mins per hour in clay pebbles in my Wilma , dropped it down to 2 x 15 minute feeds per day in rockwool.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread but my question also revolves around a feeding schdule for the 4 x 11ltr wilma pot system.

I'm using clay pebbles but with plants in rockwool 3 inch cubes to be buried in there. How often should i be feeding them? And more, specifically where do you place the drippers next to? If the the drippers where to close to the rockwool, would they saturate and waterlog the roots in the rockwool?

I honestly have blue drippers on 24 hours a day, I use clay pebbles as medium, some times use black drippers on seedlings for 1st week of life or so then move to blue drippers. If you are a bit worried about over watering/over feeding then go an hour on an hour off feed regime.
