Default Re-hydration of overly dried weed

I recently overly dried some of the weed I'm curing and looked into how to get moisture back into buds ..............and after a day of thought .... i came up with an answer.
I saw several posts about moistening paper towels and Q-tips and the like and putting them in the sealed environ with the subject.

I always cut the individual sub chute stems off of the main stalk at harvest time and leave the smaller individual inner bud that don't get sunlight a couple of more weeks to ripen.

The posts that I saw talked about moistening the ends of Q-Tips when in dawned on me .

Just cut individual stalk lengths off of the still growing plant stalks ..... soak the ends in water for 12 hours and place in the enclosed envoron and repeat.
Stalks generaly grow for about a month after harvest time ........... so far ... it has worked.

some orange peels will add back some lost moisture as well as a nice zesty orange smell,
i don't doubt your method would work, it takes very little to add back moisture.

even adding fresh cannabis leaves works,

In the old days, we used a lettuce leaf to moisten dry tobacco. I can't see why it wouldn't work on weed.

Or, just add boveda 62% humidity packs. But for your weed to cure, it needed to be jarred before it became over dry. Adding moisture back is said not to cure weed, it has to come from within the flowers..

Yeah .... but here's the deal ........ it wasn't "That" overly dried out. Just more than I generally prefer.
And I got over putting orange peel in weed in high school .... 1977 .
