Default Answered: Lower and new leaves yellowing

Hey, I've been running into a problem with one of my plants wondering if I could get some help with it.

    White Widow (Crop king)
    2 months veg
Pro mix herb and vegetable soil.
Fed twice at 1/3 strength (am nervous to feed as it showed signs of nute burn the first time.
600w led vipar spectra factory recommended distance away
    Ph runoff is 6.7
    Humidity 50-60%
    Temp 25 degrees c or 77f

The lower leaves are turning yellow. New growth looks small and light green. Tips are a bit yellow.

Maybe root bound? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

to me it looks like the lower leaf has dropped due to lack of light,
i can't comment on how deep led's penetrate a canopy since i use hps,

the upper leaves yellowing tips resembles a slight over-feeding,

Hmm I might need to change my growing medium on my next batch as I feel like I'm barely feeding them and they're still getting overfed
