Default greenhouse feed powderd nutes HELP NEEDED

heres the lowdown guys hoping youse can help a fella out.

    first timer
indoor grow 1x1x2 400W HPS auto northern lights, soil substrate in 3.3gal rhizo smartpots

ive gone and bought the greenhouse powder nutes becasue i was unsure with faffing about with liquid nutes and overloading my girls!
i have the biogrow and biobloom packets and ive tried my hardest to figure out via greenhousefeeding website how to use them but still pulling my hair out here,

the soil is already pre fert enough for 3weeks ive been told, now on their webpage it says i must mix in 3gms per lt of substrate but if the substrate is already pre fert to use half the doseage! and the biobloom also states this too.

nowhere can i find any info regarding if i should mix in both the biogrow and biobloom together before i germ my auto seeds in the pots! or if i should add the biobloom as a top dressing once the first flowers are starting

im petrified of killin the seedlings 🌱 with so much nutrients

any help would be much appreciated dudes and dudettes

aye im guessing they are, it says its released over a period of 8 weeks.
its a dutch company a sister site to greenhouse seeds made by the same dudes who produce some pretty sweet plants.
only problem is the lack of solid information for a newbie.

i was contemplating liquid nutes, but was overwhelmed mightta been given to the fact i was baked while researching (goin on the mantra “if i learn while high ill remember while toked” )

only powdered type nutes that are reccomended are the RAW powders, those are mixed into feed water etc.

those GH powders are soil mixes, tho its mentions coco as well and are definately slow release and absolutely not any use for autos imo.

not your fault, their advert is very misleading,it says soluble in the title but in the howto it just says ammend the media with it.

the RAW_(TM) range of powders are properly soluble and mix easily with water, have a feeling the GH stuff is cashing in on the idea without knowing what they should know .

dont see why you cant return them, its their fault for misleading you imo.

If you want to use powder nutes, go with the Maxi Bloom, and the Kool Bloom. Done well with them before. I'm trying out a bottle of Tiger Bloom from Fox Farms, on my next grow.
