Default Wet trim vs dry trim

I am sure this question has been asked before but what are the benefits of each?

Last grow I wet trimmed, this grow I may dry trim.

I have been reading that a wet trim is easier but a dry trim is better all round for quality of bud. Is it as simple as that?

Whilst i have always trimmed wet i have heard good things about doing a dry trim. Am sure blue will swing by an explain. But its mena be a much better smoke on a dry trim smoother and better terps on the buds

I have just been looking at the Trimbin on Ebay for £60, not cheap for what it is. There is also a new one Trim King @£10 cheaper but I think the Trimbin has a stainless mesh. Anyone tried these things??

Its still a hand trim Face, the trim bin just catches the broken tricomes/pollen. and from what I can gather there is quite a bit of it.

Would be simple to make the S/S 150 micron mesh is available from ebay for a tenner.

can achieve good results from a silkscreen etc,can get the meshes at art shops n whatnot.

i trim wet as i havent the patience to wait till its dry enough, plus obviously it takes longer to dry if covered in foliage n then more chance of mold.

i leave de-stalking till dry though,i can get in quite a mess if doing that bit wet
