Seedling Two Weeks Old?

I got a question? What does anyone think would happen to a two week seedling, if you were to keep her under 400W hps for 12 hours, and then keep her under a small 23W led for 12 Hours while in veg stage. Do you think it would harm the plant going from intents light to not so intent light for a month of veg?

Yes, just during the Veg stage, but got two going in tent now, so was just wondering, if the change to intent and not intent would cause any problems with the plant. Just thought it would grow much faster doing it that way. That's my CFL veg box. You know now that I think about it, it seems like it would just be in the shade for 12 hours a day. lol

23w led would make it stretch for lumens, and make the structure thin

I couldn't say but worth testing?

"In theory, with the lights both placed well, it would be OK to do... but the little light may be a big lumen block for the big one (depending on placement)"
