Lightbulb Issues with cold. Need advice please

This is my second grow. Just one plant. An indica Sensi Skunk Autoflower.
It’s in a grow tent inside a shed which is outdoors.
It’s grown quite well for the first 5 weeks.

    300watt Full Spectrum LED.
    20L fabric pot
Special Biobizz Soil with Added Perlite.

My problem is it’s freezing outside and I’m worried it’s slowed down growing. It’s at day 42 and vegged ok.
The soil is also not drying out at all. It’s been watered once in two weeks and it’s still damp.
I’ve turned off my carbon filter yesterday sucking air out and one of the fans to increase the temperature.

Do I need to buy a oil heater ?
Or would adding a 400watt HID help with the temperature.
Tonight it’ll go down to about 14c in there :/

I have photos if need be

a bigger light won't fix 'lights off temp' if you're running 18/6
since it's an auto can't you just run the light 24/7?
or run the light at night and the off period threw the day

an oil rad would help with temp, as well as additional insulation,
since i am unsure if the shed is insulated in anyway,

    Thanks.

Th light is on 20/4 during the coldest period.
    The shed isn’t insulated.

The problem is the LED produces little heat, how much heat would a HID produce? I hear they get hot?
If not, an OIL heater it is. I’ve seen one which operates at around 500watts so won’t trash my electricity bill.

no get a fan heater they run @ .5 kw put it on the thermostat set at 22 lights out....it will blow nice warm air around instant as the temps drop @ light out much cheaper than an oil filled rad + more effective by far.....

a hid would definitely heat it mate, easy 22c-28c depending on 400w-600w
but you still have 4hrs of cold that will only get colder over the coming weeks,

insulation would definitely help keep the cold out any any heat in

Sounds stupid but I might go cover it with a duvet

Then buy a HID 400 watt ballast. I’ve got a bulb already...

    Thanks for the help
