novice transplanting question

ok I am trying to figure this out. this should be simple for the master of the forum. If I start my seeds and they go pop in root riot cubes . How do I transplant them in clay pebbles for a rdwc setup? I'm sorry if this in a thread i must have missed it . thanks

how? you just plant the cube into it matey,
root riot cube and all, same for rockwool,

just plant it up dude

Put down a layer of the clay pebbles until the plant sits at the height you require whilst it remains in your rockwool or Jiffy bag place in the net pot then fill in the dead space with clay pebbles around the plant

ok ty i was thinking i had to remove the roots from the cube for some reason.

no, the cube is 'inert' and is just used to start the plants,
you just put it in, bury and keep on growing,
