Need help identifying problem

Hi was hoping someone could help ensure identity and fix the problem with my mates plant. Was looking healthy till about 2 week ago.
No nutes have been used and is in a quite well vented area under 18/6 light program. But leafs starting to go a pale green/light green with some tips turning brown and shivering up

What setup? Soil? Temps? Lighting? How old? Is it bag seed? Auto or photoperiod? The more info you give the better the forum can help broseph

In a grow space of 60x60cm at about 22degreeC only plant in there too. Soil from a grow well fruit and veg grow bag. Led lights but waiting for a replacement main light. so using led clip on grow spot lights for the minute. Not too sure what the strain is as the seed is out of a pot I have of many seeds I have picked up here and there. Been growing since September. Photoperiod. Did have spider kit but has been controlled and not an issue anymore
