Default First Time Grower Leaf Symptoms

Hi there, this is my first ever grow and I've run into some problems with the leaves on one of my plants.
There is yellow spots starting on the leaves of one of my plants and some leaves are curl.

    Setup:
    Hydroponics Grow Tent
125W Dual Spectrum CFL for vegetation stage
300W Red CFL for flowering phase
    Premium All Purpose Soil
    Perlite
BioBizz Grow, BioBizz Blossom, BioBizz TopMAX

    Strains:
    Blueberry - BB1 (Leaves)
    Blueberry - BB2
    White Widow - WW
    Special Kush #1 - SK1

It has been 16 days since the seed emerged from the soil and I've not ran into any problems until just before I started adding BioBizz Grow to the water for feed.
I'm using tap water which is sitting in a container and mixing 1mL of BioBizz Grow per Litre of water.
The leaves also started to look a little dry so I have raised the light after taking these pictures.

It only seems to be the one plant which has the yellow spots but the leaves on the other plants seem to be starting to curl which I am assuming is the light being to close. Here are pictures of my plants:

    Welcome to the forum mate.

If you are using a multi-purpose compost you won't need to feed anything for a while as the compost contains enough food.
I would repot into a bigger pot with fresh compost and don't feed anything but plain water for a few weeks.

Over-feeding is the most common problem growers face mate and we've all done it.

Less is always more when it comes to feeding.
    Good luck!

I am on my third grow and as Grub said "over feeding is a mistake all new people make" which I have done myself. Biggest lesson I have learnt is that "less is more" I would not have started feeding any nutrients until at least week 3.
