Growing indoors - why do people not train or use scrog?

Seems like a no brainer to do both of them personally - is there any reason people don't use these methods? Thanks.

I don't scrog as I tend to grow autos

...and my training, quite often, consists of a single topping which works nicely for me

Plenty of the above methods are used if you look about.
Its a case of horses for courses or each to there own
Tbh am scroggin at min lol. Maybe nxt grow i wont depends how am feelin

i prefer 4 quick plants with minimal veg than one very large plant with a long veg, but one large plant can yield crazy amounts but so can 4/5/6 smaller plants
everyone will do there own thing,

long veg/training = less plants
short veg = more plants

whatever works 4u

Autos here mukka, lst for my space and only on first grow but used lst with my other plants and my mums. Just getting used to the structure and topping them I might scrog at some point but not with the autos (25 seeds left to go).

some people cba to train plants ect, they just want fast consistent yields, others aim for more /better yields from their sometimes limited spaces, all depends on the grower tbh

I don't scrog, because I like the longer cola's, especialy on the Sativia. And not enough room in a 9 sq ft tent. I Find a wire cage works fine.
