You can eat raw weed in a salad or juice it and it will not get you stoned or high, but should make you feel less stressed.
Read online its a superfood and it really helps with mental health

very high thc can take people by surprise, a good indica that's mostly amber should help relax though,
but it's very subjective, i have seen people react very differently

for some it makes them laugh, others fall asleep, others puking 'good old whitey lol'
    it's very much individual,

if you find the correct pheno though, it will be just what you need to relax,

    Why vape low????
CBd has a higher boiling/vaping point to thc
Vaping low your give you THC benefits but no cbd so why not Vape higher?
Anyone that has issues is usually to the THC high
So why not go high and get cbd benefits?

I wanted to hear your thoughts about this guys and if you can give me any tips that can help me with my anxieties. Thank you!
You could try cbd oil you buy off amazon and a load of other sites, vape it in a pen. There's also loads of strains that are more cbd than thc, I find the likes of soft hash far more relaxing than some of the grass that goes about.

For some people prone to paranoia and anxiety it's best to avoid all cannabis I think.
With mental health drugs prescription or not are often not the answer IMO.
    Good luck.

I had huge succes with CBT - I described it as Verbal Valium to my 'man'.

It was just an incredible experience as the previous (materialistic) shackles were thrown away.

    And I'm not joking.

I was in a very stressful, yet high-paid, job and suddenly the focus was far clearer. I also had something wonderful called Pure-O (Obsessional obsessive compulsive disorder) which meant that I ruminated on work-related things ALL of the time. CBT broke that cycle.

I hadn't smoked/vaped weed since 2002ish before that, but am now back in the saddle. I choose to grow, amongst other things, CBD rich strains.

The thing that grips me is, it's illegal for me to grow something low in THC/high CBD to help with anxiety. However, buy shiz on the street, and it'll be 18 to 20% THC...how is that right?

That IS the criminal element and that element is delivered to you buy your lovely Government.

    Anyway, I ramble.

Yes provided its made the correct way. There's tons of info in the medical section provided by people with tons of knowledge. Thankfully I found my own that works for me after some research now trying to create oils etc to make it even easier.

Tons of research suggests it works for more than one but what works will be down to you, I will always recommend therapy and not all work for all. As I've stated above my personal experience of cbt was not well received and act worked better.

Talk to your doctors and pharmacists and seek professional help. But also find their opinions and options open to you alongside that route. If needed then there is plenty of research available to be able to grow and make your own and I would highly suggest that option if you have the capability and time.

Best of luck finding your path friend. Never hesitate to ask a question if you struggle to find what your looking for

The cannabis compound known as CBD has been shown to offer substantial benefits for people suffering from a variety of anxiety disorders. Cannabis that is rich in CBD is used for the patients who are suffering from anxiety as well as pain, depression, insomnia, spasms and more. You can’t get high from CBD if you have followed the specialist cannabis doctors prescription.
