Hi all, this is my first grow, and the size of my grow box is 29 x 29 x 58 inches, what size light, and what sort should I use, I will be growing 2 Lemon haze. Many thanks everyone, have fun

You'll get away with a 400w there mate as long as extraction is Good, id defo get a dimmable ballast tho so you can dim to 250w through veg ✌

If you want to keep it cheap get a dual spec hid if not get a mh for veg and hps for flower ✌

Hi Captain, my box is 28 inches square x 58 inches high, some people say the bulb should be 150w to 250w thanks Sam, have fun
