Treat yourself to a humidifier from Argos
Then your in control of it,50-70 in veg
I like the higher end an 40% in flower
You can get rid of the prop or just use it for heat.

Thanks for all your help guys!
I have got rid of the prop lid and the grow cupboard with the fan on lightly is sitting much better Climate wise, 40% Humidity with temps fluctuating from 24-28C. Don't think ill bother with the prop lid again, the cupboard seems humid enough just using the bottom part for heat as Erburt says. Might get a humidifier to top ud humidity for veg stage.. but yeah i really don't think full propogation is too great with 90% odd humidity!
