I grow organically in soil, and I never flush at the end.
I've only flushed when I've overfed the plant.

ah alright thanks, im using soil and plant magic old timers:

    Oldtimer Bloom

An organic feed for unbeatable taste and flavour. Feeds plants, beneficial fungi and micro-organisms in the growing medium.

it says it is organic but i think i might still flush to be safe

You must think that it's no only the soil you flush. The important thing is that there's no food running in the plant system.

Eh? You don't use organic nutrients? OT Plant Magic Bloom is organic, as is John Innes compost.

If you wanted to, you could feed organic nutrients on the day you chop, and it won't make a difference to the taste etc.

No need to flush your plants mate.
I used to feed till chop with old timers range
And there was nothing wrong with taste etc
As already said if you really want to flush
Just leech instead by giving plain water 2
    Weeks before chop.

    But I wouldn't bother

I've done it both ways and prefer to flush for a week before chop each to their own I suppose 😉

The confusing part for me is....some say run say 3 gallons in a 3 gallon pot all at once and some say start feeding with just water a week or two before chop!

    Which is it???

Plain water for a week or two honestly no need to give a full on flush some don't even flush at all with organics but I give plain water for a week or 2 as I said it would be a waste of effort ant time to give a full on flush
