In need of some help of my fellow growers

I have 2 plants what are about 2 to 3 weeks from harvest 1 of them has become very burnt from nitrogen the leafs are turning yellow and curling majorly. I have tried flushing it but it's just getting worse should I harvest that plant early or try ride it out. The pot it is in isn't draining well at all even though it has quite a bit of perlite in. I don't really want to be lifting it out of the pot as it's over 5ft and a heavy bitch and I don't want to stress her majorly. Any help would he greatly appreciated
