    the temp was around 29

I have noticed poor drainage lately and I think I may have been overwatering. giving little ore often.

what are my next steps from here. let the soil dry out more?

how do I get more perelite in the soil

the thermometer isn't giving me accurate readings cant seen to get it in the shade. I usually mist the air with a spray bottle at some point during the day to keep humidity up

Too late for more perlite. Leave to dry for a week or so. Try and get temps down to 26

camera on phone is smashed so cant get good quality.

checked again just now and they are looking better already but still have a long way to go.

think it may have been the temp was too high and the plants used all the water to sweat and started to wilt because there was not enough water? just a guess but what would you do now

I've used bio bizz light mix found It ok for drainage with the perlite that's in it
So I'd say your overwatering how does the pot feel when you pick it up like a bricks in it ? If so keep an eye on the weight when It feels light it's time to water 😉

What size pot and how much you watering how often ?

Careful spraying the air matey a few drops hit that bulb and you may get a shower of glass, spray the top of the walls of your tent and let it run down
    All the best
