the yellowing lower leaf might simply be lack of direct light,
they aren't overly/dark green so nitrogen isn't excessively high,

in soil i start feeding at 0.5ml per liter at week 4/5
you are feeding 3ml, don't feed what the bottle/charts states, it's always too much,

1/2 of that is usually more than enough,

I will reduce the feed, do you think I should hold the bloom until flowering?
    The temp is 27
    Humidity 40 %

Im new myself but iv also used biobizz to veg my plants initially. Don't follow there instructions on the bottle or the downloadable chart (which is for autoflowering plants), Im currently running two very large girls at 3 months veg and they were only having 1.25ml grow per litre of the grow nutrient.
Also don't use the bloom until you begin flowering it has nutrients in it that your plant doesn't need yet.
From my experience with my plants using biobizz that looks like to much nitrogen, from the claw on the leaves to the burning on the tips of some lower growth. Not sure what kind of soil your using but if its a light mix then go to 0.5ml per litre and build your way up from there not going above 1.25-1.5ml.
Again im still a newbie and im sure someone will come along and explain it allot better.
P.s Biobizz products are notoriously hard to use with UK water especially if you live in an area with hard water, i would recommend switching to plant magic old timers (also organic) its made to be used with hard water and so far for me is doing a much better job than the biobizz. Hope this helps mate
