Default Sick plants, whats the culprit???

Would someone like to offer some advice on this problem im having , not sure if its bugs or disease, or both.

A friend said its bugs , but didnt confirm what it is.

Leaves seem a little dry and have spots or bumps which are raised ,yellow or paler shade.

Any help is greatly appreciated in advance.

If it's raised and you see random lines like the above pics, could be leaf miners but wait for a more experienced grower to come along mukka

The photos aren't clear enough for me, but it looks like spider mite.

I think I can see powdery mildew? Anyone else?
Have you been spraying with anything? The tears in the leafs I’m unsure of.

Yes Growth has slowed abit since this critters showed up, ive removed worst affected lower leaves anyway and the rest i sprayed with organic General purpose Bug spray (food safe grade), plus going over with fingers and squashing any rogue ones i see.( elsewhere ive read bugs are inside leaves, happily munching away). aka Leaf miners. However prior to this i did experience some of those black midge type flys..fungus gnats or similar....i didnt ask lol
Il get some underside photos up today when lights go off for the nite.
    Thx in advance and kudos!!

    Active ingredients are 0.01% w/w Pyrethins .

Derived from African Pyrethum plant, kills Whitefly, Blackfly, Greenfly, Caterpillars, Thrips and leaf feeding beetles.

So im going with that for time being and keeping a close eye on proceeding ...
