sure they will look great in a few days, not sure where your getting the 3 weeks and 5 weeks from as you really don't want to chop early, very big mistake.
Think about it like this, with a plant that needs 9 weeks in flower (every plant will have a different harvest time from seed) say the plant starts growing buds 4-5 weeks in flower and really starts putting on bud over the next 4 weeks
( 90% of the total bud mass ) ,so if you chop a week early you lose 23% of your harvest.

your flowering time sounds about right then, most new growers want to harvest as soon as they see a little bud growing on the plant, sounds like you have done your home work, should be a good harvest

I still have more than 6 weeks till harvest ( my plants 12 days in flower 12/12 under a 600w hps)

They look.. So different to what I see in my groom every day

You just let them grow natural? I've not done that yet, soon though.

Tbh I am still working things out as I go along. I didn't know that you don't start counting flower time until flowers appear.. I was gutted when I saw someone 3 weeks into flower whose were huge and mine 3 weeks into 12/12 had tiny wee buds wondered where I went wrong.. Still getting used to the ways of counting.. and I really underestimated how long it would take.. an extra week every time I do a heavy defol, an extra week every time I spread the plant apart to let light in, encouraging new growth, and all these extra weeks add up!

I thought I'd be harvesting for xmas, now its looking like first week of Jan and then however long to cure (I underestimated that too)

Year my plants are not Normal, I love playing around with them,
My current grow I have 4 plants 2 in late veg and 2 in flower all monster crop plants, (4 cutting taken 4 weeks in flower)

Your crops are taking a very long time because of your setup
I have a small veg room with a few t5, keeps my clones(10-12 days to root)3 weeks in 1ltr pots, pots up into 14ltr buckets for 1 week (main flower room) and flower
Give you nearly double the current crops in the same space

Keep a eye on your run off and if the ec of the run off raises drop it down to 1.2 ec and I’d continue with a weekly flush to get rid of the old salts that will build up in your medium . Only ever count your flowering from the first little Pom Poms as summer doesn’t start at the flick of a switch and it takes time for plants to get a grip of the new season you have given them. Never start counting from the flip . Any help or questions you need answering just ask away I’d be happy to help.

I'm on it Bg. I never tested EC run off for the entire grow, until I developed a problem.. Now I am doing it with every feed.

Weekly flush eh? Will that get rid of my springtails? Or could the last flush have caused the springtails to appear, I wonder hmmm
