    Default Germinated seeds are yellow

Hi guys my seeds have just shot up and are about 3 inchs tall with two very yellow leaves. They've been kept in darkness with stable temps and very light watering. Is it normal that they appear yellow first? I have my 600watt LED ready but though it might be a bit too stong for them as I only germinated 3 days ago?

Thanks mate I will, it was some shoddy advice from a friend who said "It works great for a week" so not sure how he's even managed to harvest before. Shall I get them straight under the LED or just windowsill for now?
