    Something pinged up at me on Pinterest and iv never heard of it before just wondering if anybody has tried it or thinks it’s a load of old codswallop i mean splitting the main trunk two or three weeks before harvest seems like someone’s trying to fuck with my harvest haha anyway here’s the article below

    High stress techniques, such as this, may send the plant into 'panic' mode & produce more buds, but will also have the plant redeploy it's growing resources into healing...swings & roundabouts IMHO, with the added disadvantage of the plant blowing a full hermie on you

    Im more of a no stress technique kind of guy , lst , and im even not topping anymore and just be doing top bending trainin and tie downs , i see no benefit whatsoever with supercrop ,topping , ,stresses shit outta plants ,makes em linky and weak , but thats just my opinion

    if it's well grown without stress, you won't need that extra high stress at the end,

    i think that if i managed to grow a lovely plant that was healthy with a nice load of buds ...... theres no way i would risk loosing the lot by stabbing a big hole in the bottom of it ..... let nature do what it does best i say
