Long stems! Please help!

Hello everyone
It’s my first time, I got 3x3 tent, I use a p300 platinumled.
I’m growing 4 pots and it’s my 6th day “seedling in soil from a towel in day one”, the stems are long “3 inches and one 4 inches”
I searched about it and I understand that heat, overwatering, and not enough lights.
So I doubt about my light because the first 3 days the lights were in 40 inches height then day 4 and 5 were 36 inches. And thick not thin.
And I might overwatering I don’t know.
Any solutions.

Top the medium up buddy bury stem a little

You can cut a straw into small pieces, split the straw up the middle and wrap the stems. Its really easy to do and very effective. Eventually they will outgrow and just shed off the straw, this is what i do when they are getting their stretch on!

Okay sounds good, but should I wrap the whole stems with the straw?
