Default Pesticide and Spots on leaves

Hi all, I attach two images of one of my flowers. Would like to enquire - does anybody know - why would these marks on the leaves be here?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks all.

Then, pesticides... I include a picture of the pesticide I use (organic - mainly garlic based, but other info on the bottle.
My question is: is this something one should use regularly (ie: once a week, or two weeks or so), or should one only use it when one sees obvious effects of pests?

    As above for the leaves,
I would need more info on the pesticide product, I would first ask why I’m using it and what’s the aim? Do you have pests? Are you trying to be preventative? If so I would recommend a proper ipm( integrated pest management) regime.
I use a the same weekly ads preventative
    Potassium silicate
    Neem oil(100%cold pressed)
Either soap nuts/reetha powder or Castile soap any good surfactant
As a treat sometimes I alternate coconut water/aloe Vera juice/lactobacillus
They all have there own benefits mate
