    your on to something there mate with the quantum boards just looked at a few vids on YouTube,ppl getting good results,this might be my new thing,ha ha.

    I would go down the pcb board route.
    2 types star mount which you have to wire each diode
    Pcb board- solder led to the board depending which led used. If they are smd led they need to be reflow soldered.
