Never used weed!

Hello all,

I am here for some advice.
I have never used any kind of weed and I have no idea what I’m doing.
I am in the final stages of terminal cancer and nothing I try relieves the pain that I’m in.
A friend of mine has given me a small piece of hash, I can’t smoke it because the cancer is now in my lungs so I was going to cook it into some hard sweet because eating is also an issue.
If anyone can offer some tips on things like how much hash to use and how much I should eat I would be incredibly grateful!
