    Red face Chimney or eaves?

    Hi

Right after a crazy Xmas and New Year, it is time to get started.

Work starting in the attic in next few weeks I hope to insulate, create storage space for my Wife and my groom at last.

I have an area that would be perfect and hidden away but should I ventilate out of eaves or chimney?

Chimney would mean running piping a distance behind new chipboard or can I just ventilate though eaves next to where the tent will be?

Could put groom nearer chimney but that would make it a lot more obvious if anyone in the attic.

Eaves are above front door or path round side of the house does that matter? Any issues with smell or noise for people walking by?

    Thanks

Seriously you lads have inspired me to get finger out and get this done. Been a crazy few months with new baby and new job but time to get this sorted.

    Steep learning curve!

I was going to knock a few bricks out as going out eaves would be so much less hassle thank getting to the chimney. Simple set up of the groom with the tent inside but need to now pick the size of the tent as height is not great and angles are annoying but decent amount of space.

I really need to get photos up to show area now that I have electric up there.

Got a load more questions but trying to find correct threads etc to ask.

Will get on it this week with photos. Am I right that there is an app and easy way to upload photos from phone. Will look for a thread on this now.

    Downloaded app. Pictures to follow.

A lot easier for you all to give advice with photos and measurements.

Will get on it this week.

    Thanks
