For a given flow rate, a larger cross sectional area will allow for lower air speeds and more laminar flow (it will be quieter)

These are air movers but will struggle to pull air through ducting and a carbon filter.

I recently purchased a Broan brand bathroom exhaust fan for a drying tent, it is 50 CFM (2 times the cubic area of your grow room) and is remarkably quiet.

Acoustic ducting helps - Phonictrap expensive but works a treat

Go for a larger extract fan and hook it up to a controller.....look into systemair EC fans which can be controller in 1% increases unlike your hyperfan which can only be set at 35%

Ec fans are smoother and more quiet.

If you make a box for your fan make sure you dont use cheap foam or the foam you see in studios like the egg box shapes as they don't work. Use something like upholstery foam.
