    Angry wiring an ecotechnics evolution fan speed controller

    Any tips??

    I'm about to throw it through the window!!

    Stupid design if you ask me.They could have put the connectors a little further up.

    Two hours in and I still havnt done the first one.I push the wire cable through but the wires all want to go in the wrong holes or dont want to go in at all arghhh!!!!

    Or Im being blonde and doing it completely wrong??

    Yea bit fiddly beth but easily dun.didnt help i used thick cable lol

    Can you twist it up tight and use some needle nose pliers maybe

    Must admit that's a shit design

    Indeed it is isnt it?

    Iv got tweezers and a tiny screwdriver its mental it is.

    Thought the circuit board might screw off as that would help but the connector for the temp sensor stops it coming off.

    Can you go slightly smaller on the flex? Looks like quite a bit of copper there.

    Fan heater will need to be thick cable though
