Hmm. I read that bit about feeding just water at the end. Is it really important to use distilled water, I don't have a reverse osmosis filter. My tap water PH is 7 with 0 nitrates in. What is it in tap water that may interfere with the flushing out period so to speak?

Just realised I could goto an aquatic shop and buy ro water there actually if this is necessary!

If growing organically then there is no need to worry about plain water at the end

Do you lot notice a big difference using products like Rhizotonic?

Also would they benefit from mycorrhizal fungi?

Okay cool. I'm a flower grower so I've never had to worry about this being an issue. So those ferts listed above are all yummy ones? I'm gonna go pick em all up tomorrow if I can get them.

if you goin soil, go with canna tera or plant magic soil

nutes , go with old timers grow, canna bio flores bloom (and add in old timers organic pk for later in flower) , rhizotonic, plant magic silicon. so your pretty much organic using them nutes without the real hard work of true organic growing.

pot size depends on photo or auto. if auto start in final pot 10litre pot. if photo start in say root riot cubes, then pot in to 1litre pots then say 5 litre followed by final 15litre.

I've now completed your shopping list, got everything in one go including a new bulb from my local hydroponics shop! So pleased. Just have to order my seeds now.
