Iv known about this silver/collodial water for years myself. If anyone does this just know that you cant smoke the buds you spray it on or anything its gone near. The stuff is known to be bad for your health if i remeber rightly. First time iv seen pictures of someone doing it. Was also supprised how many seeds you got tbh.

How does one got a hold of or make noniodized water ?

Was wanting to reverse an auto to do some crossing with other autos (need some more auto seeds - they're more expensive and uncloneable so might as well try out some feminised breeding)

If you cross a photoperiod female with feminised auto pollen, will the autoflowering trait become redundant in the seeds?
(Basically will the ruderalis lineage percentage become to low to trigger autoflowering in the offspring?)

    Cheers man

If you want to make fem autos Stirl, I'd avoid photoperiod in your breeding and stick with autos. As for de-ionised water, or distilled water, it is as previous replies said used to top up car batteries. its not difficult to get hold of.

Hello all. I recently started a breeding project with two Dutch Passion Cinderella Jack autos.

First I made Ionic silver solution with de-ionised water, and some 99.9 % silver rods.
Once I was happy with strength of solution (25ppm) I planted two Cinderella Jack.
When they showed their first pre-flower pistils, I started to spray one daily with the silver solution.
I did this for two weeks until I could see the sex reversal process beginning.
I stopped spraying after fourteen or fifteen days.
The whole plant slowly started to show mainly male flowers and was now effectively a male plant.
Once the male showed first signs of pollen release, I put the female and male together in a small tent for around ten days.
I then got rid of the male plant.

The female slowly showed she was pollinated and producing seed
After around five weeks, I was able to harvest the seeds.

I renamed them Scotch Passion Cinderella Jock (yes I'm Scottish )
Hey zen dude, really interested in your silver water making

Could you give us a lil more detail? How much silver and what your terminals are made of? And how long the process takes?

Hello GMO Green. Sorry I missed your reply. In quick summary, the silver needs to be fine, 99%+ preferably, though you will get away with using Sterling silver. The pair of rods in picture were around £7 and made a litre of silver solution with most of the silver still remaining. The time depends on the amount of current to volume of distilled water. I made 1 litre of solution at 30 ppm using 27 volts from three linked 9 volt batteries, it took around 4 hours if I remember correctly. The water was from a 5 litre container of de-ionised water for car battery top up.
The crocodile terminals were cheapos from eBay.
You can reduce time required by making less solution. a quarter litre would be plenty to reverse sex of a feminised plant.

I hope this all made sense, feel free to pm me if you want more info.

That's absolutely spot on mate. Since my post I've done a lil digging. You say 30 ppm was strong enough?

I've got all the bits you mentioned on order already but was planning to run low voltage for much longer ie around 6v for 48-60 hours in the hopes of around 50-60 ppm but much smaller more viable particles.

Would you know anything about how long you can keep a solution?

He started with 2 auto fems. He forced one to switch genders. So these seeds essentially only have X chromosomes (I dont know if plants have x chromosomes just bear with me) but the seeds got no Male genetics from anywhere, so there is a 100% chance of female seeds. The silver spray he used confused a female plant into producing male sex organs
