Just coming. To the end of my first grow with an LED. Got it side by side with a hps. For the same draw of power I’m not really noticing any major difference in size, hps does look slightly bigger but barely noticeable and that can just be genetics. One things for sure is though......the resin production is crazy. I’d say at least 50% extra trichs with the led. Look healthy and smell better. Will never buy hps again.

Nice one, glad to see a real comparison being drawn. Be interesting to hear the grams per watt yield. These LEDs pull around 600w?

your using a $2000 LED, it would have to absolutely out way the hps in yield for me to even consider wastin such money.

so how much did this light give you in bud? with how many plants?

i went to my seed shop n the dude was like hps is the closet to the sun u will ever get i dont understand how the spectrum of light can be beaten

46quid led? mon save ya self a poor harvest and invest in a hps and digi ballast now mon trust me you will get alot more bud

Joker buddy I'll let you know at the end of this grow if I'll be going back to HPS. One thing for sure, LED gives off much less heat and for me that's big because I run 1590W during bud'n. and temps here are already in 80's.

yea i hear ya mukka, you get some crazy temps over there lol, but did you pay $70 for your led?..
