Default Answered: Big Question.. Led 300w

Hi. Im from Argentina. im new in growing.
    I have a 300w Led King Ufo, 30x10w

I read lot of different information about the distance this led should be from seedling, growing and flowering stages.

Do you know what is the optimal distance?

    Some say 20"
    Some say 12"...
    In all stages!

    (?)

    What do You think?
    I REALLY THANK YOU!

First off that led will in reality be 30x2W, if you forgive the marketing

    In very general terms

    30" seedlings
    18-24 veg
    12-18 flower"

Im a photo grower but loads of auto growers and information on here.

I flower at around 12" but you will need more light than that if you want a good result. I use 5 x 300W leds

So its not better to follow some basic rules for the height based on the graphs of the specific manufacturer? They don't seem to build up the same mirroring or foliage to every LED product. I think you have to learn some basics and follow physics based on the product you hold mate, the most recommendations are sound general
