    Default from coco coir to dwc with a lot of coco still left in the roots?

    hi, thanks for reading. as mentioned in the subject, will the coco cause root rot for definite or what are the chances? thanks

    btw it's a mix of clay pebbles predominantly at the moment (90%)

    can you not give them a load of dipping in and out of a bucket of water? Surely the vast majority will come out? I’m no expert but I doubt clay pebble would give you root rot? Considering 50% of the hydro gardens in the world use them you should be alright. The coco too but I imagine may lead to problems with pumps and that somwanna get rid of as much of that’s as possible
