Is this a hermie ?

It comes out that all 3 ladies had been pollinated.All top buds are creating seeds and pistils turned into orange brown.The more imature ones are still doin white pistils.The ones at the bottom under the canopy.It is a scrog and i did some lollipoping but some small buds were left.I did cut off some branches from the main stem.I got pics.Cant identify wtf pollinated my girls.It cant be from outside .I live in a city.I think a hermie due to stress.I did stressed them a lot.Root rot issues mainly.And also nute burn

So...what do i do .killem all? Cut off the buds that create seeds, look for male flowwers, cut em off and leave the smaller buds to mature ??

I have to leave my place due to work.I will b back in octomber, and thats wwhen i b able to grow again.
