Default Curing on a large(ish) scale

I’m about a week from chop, then the drying process begins.

So short of buying a shit load of glass jars what is the best way to cure my buds. Should hopefully have a nice haul so haven’t got the space or money to be spending a load on 2l glass jars. Anyone got any great ideas?

If that’s the case could I just use 20L airtight buckets half filled?

People use paperbags...... Anything that is air tight will work, even gallon zip loc bags would do the trick. I personally just have a SHIT ton of jars..

I'm sure i've read somewhere here on the talk way back that storing your nugs in any type of plastic is a big no no as the trichs stick to plastic like flies to shit, just saying

That’s what I heard hence my original post. I didn’t know the reason behind it but I thought I’d read it shouldn’t be done in plastic.

As with everything in this 'grow your own' there are so many opinions. I have read quite a bit on the plastic/glass debate and lots of people swear by ziploc freezer bags or food grade air tight plastic buckets then transfer to glass jars after curing to store.

Personally, im of the opinion if its made for food it 'should' be ok for canna but then ive never done it so...

Makes sense. Can’t see why it would matter what they was stored in.
